Blade Finish is belt finish
Heat Treat in House, plate quench, sub zero freeze, 3 temper cycles,57-60 RC,

with simple Kydex sheath

You have great taste in G10 ^ 5. Who needs a store-bought (Cheap/China) pairing knife when they can have this? Very handy & nice job Sir.

Oh and uh, get some neosporin & Band Aides, lol. LOL @ Knifemakers' hands.
