I thought that I would try this once more.
I have for sale a very lightly used Shun model DM0700 classic style paring knife. I think that I used it 3 or 4 times tops. It just sits in a drawer feeling unloved,
so it's looking for a new owner. I don't see much if any signs of use on the blade. There are some light scuffs on the bolster and handle. If you look close at the
edge in the first picture near the bolster, you may see what looks like scratches. They are actually grinder marks and the knife came that way. The knife sells
new for about $80.
