I purchased this around nine years ago. The custom touches were done by a man who did work on Emerson knives, and which is held in high regard. I have not carried, used, or sharpened the knife since acquiring it. Evidence of light carry/handling by a previous owner is present in the form of very minor scuffs and snail trails on the presentation side. The clip-side scale, and the clip itself, are free of any obvious wear. There are a few very light scuffs on the blade. The titanium scales, clip, back spacer, and steel blade have a bead blast finish. The blade is a hair off center. It opens and closes smoothly, and with a nice positive detent. Lock-up is solid at about 20% engagement; no blade play in any direction.
