REQUEST!... Blur in S110V

Since the green represents the S60V, and the brown the SG2, and black in S30V, how about a natural brushed aluminum, black inserts, and a polished blade and clip for the 110V?

I like it!

Huh? Whadda ya think guys?

Didn't think about the color coordinating with the steels. I think what you suggested would make a might perdy pig sticker.

Sounds nice:thumbup: I agree, save the green for the S60V. Green is for the Grail!!:D

I guess I'm easier to please. The color doesn't matter very much to me, though I have to admit liking the green S60V's.

I'll take any color that gets me a S110V Blur. This steel is too good not to use again, and I do love the whole Blur line. I'll take whatever color is convienent though. Joe

I'd like a FFG stonewashed S110V blade , maybe with tan or OD colored handle...:)

all hail the grail!

yes, all colors that are mated to specific steels should be retired to those steels only.

i vote gunmetal anodized with CF inserts instead of trac-tec :)

Now there's an interesting idea, can the machinery used for shaping aluminum cut out the same pattern in G-10?

A G-10 handled Blur would be sweet.

I would think it would be doable, given proper air filtration to protect near-by employees.

Dare I take us down the road .... of a Gunmetal Gray TI-framelock?? I love G-10, but without the inner steel frame, we would lose some torque strength.
I'm all infavor of the retired colors idea, and love the natural brushed aluminum.

Where is our Manufacturer comments for this Grail of an Idea !! ??
Good idea's on this project for sure.

I talked with Craig about it last week, and we have more S110V on order, but will probably be Feb. before it shows up at the factory. We can do up a Blur np. Will probably want to do one up without any construction changes. I was thinking a dirt (dark) brown w/stonewashed blade. 600 pieces.

So we all in?

I'd love to see a Blue one in an exotic steel since brown and green have been used already in high end steels.....but....

...I will take whatever you serve up GG!

Blue was the 200 piece runs of three blades. A darker brown would be nice, but I think with a stonewashed blade a natural aluminum handle would look good.

Well we've done short runs in silver (gray), and blue already, so I figured a new color might be cool. We did a sample of a dirt brown ZT Scavenger (0400) and it looked pretty hot.

Thats right, there was a silver/gray run...

Whatever color it comes out in, I'm buying a few!
