request info on Legitimus #13 (Collins & co)

My sister & law has had this knife since she was a little girl. She asked me if I could find some information on it. How old? What it is worth? stuff like that.
I do know that it was made in Sheffield England. Any information you could give me would be appreciated. Even a source that I could contact for information would be a big help
