rescue orange g10

thanks for the link. but the site has onlt hunter orange. so this brings me back to the original question. is hunter the only orange available or are there other shades.
 
i just called jantz and they told me they only have the hunter orange...im beggining to think this is the only orange available. what i need is the orange color from the spyderco rescue series. any help will be appreciated
 
getting closer, i think the color is called "safety orange". if anyone has any of this shoot me a pm. or if anyone can tell me where i can buy it...thanks
 
The orange g10 comes in that color from the manufacturer unless you want to special order 2000lbs, that is the color orange everyone has for g10.

Were you looking for something brighter then the hunter orange? The Spyderco's are orange FRN which is not g10. The color is very similar to the hunter orange that we sell though.
 
I just got some hunter orange g10 from alpha knife supply and it is more of a reddish orange than the spyderco knives seem to have. If you google "spyderco hunter orange" and see the pictures with the darker orange, that's about what the hunter orange g10 looks like. You won't lose it with that color.
 
cool ill try it. i have some inbound. the issue is that ive been comissioned to make a handle match a watch. and the spyderco orange best fits the color i need.

Actually, the spyderco military orange is g10. the sprint run in 2009 and the regular in 2010 are g10. not frn.

They're the same color. So hunter orange= rescue orange. :) The difference between the two is the knife is medium texture and the background g10 is coarse texture. (From AKS of course) there is a circle of the coarse over layed onto the knife to show the difference in texture.
