Hey guys

Recently I got into casting and now I have all of the equipment to make these casted resin blocks. First I am going to explain bit the process of making these:

I use polyester resin, after I measure the amount that fits into the mould I add the hardener and pigment, I use mica powder and I can add metallic pearl if you want to add shimmer and depth to finished scales. After I mix everything I pour the resin into the mould and close everything inside pressure pot. Then I pressurize everything to 60 psi. This pressure eliminates air bubbles in resin, so later when you grind the scales there are no those ugly little holes that are visible. I have these colors that I use for now: black, white, blue, red, orange, yellow, emerald green, dark green. I can make blocks with any combo including these colors.

I leave blocks bit bigger so you have more area to choose if there is pattern inside that you like more. Dimensions are approximately 2"x 2"x 5". When you cut this on bandsaw you have enough for 2 knives. It is really easy to work with, I sand it to 600 grit and then buff it, spray a bit of WD40 and it looks great

Price is 30$ shipping included
