Resin Casting Thread

I was asked to move the resin casting thread due to the safety concerns. I was on the fence, but there were several who felt it was bad info. This is not to say that people don't do such things and get good results. Just that we have to be cautious over what goes out on the internet that can be read by people with no experience.

The OP is free to re-post the results of his casting without the pressure pot photos or details.

Good call, Stacy. This process is very easy and successful when proper protocols are followed. For a first try, the OP's results are great.

For those thinking of doing home stabilizing and resin casting, this is the best system around for the money. It comes ready to go and has what is needed. Just add compressor/vacuum pump.
