I’ve never ordered any knives through them but I’ve ordered a ton of optics equipment, like scopes, binos, and optic accessories and have never had a problem. I’ve always gotten fast shipping and received exactly what I ordered.
With the patchwork of knife laws concerning Autos across the US, I'm not surprised as the retailer would be liable.....just simple retail CYA on a small portion of their overall business. Knifeworks probably has a staff keeping track of knife laws, therefore keeping them out of trouble.
