Resource list of Buck of the Month / BOTM. Starting 2018 thru current.

Adding to plb's great work in post # 23:

2022

March - USA made black leather sheath.

April - USA made black leather sheath.

July - USA made black distressed leather sheath.

August - Imported brown distressed leather sheath.

September - 4th version of the 112 Take Apart models (3 BOTM, 1 Regular production), "straight" clip point blade, dual black thumbstuds - basically the entire knife is blacked out.

The original website text (since deleted from the website) and the COA lists "112 50th Anniversary pad print". There is no 50th Anniversary pad print on this knife.

November - High hollow blade grind is higher than the regular production knife. Blade guard in place of a sheath.

December - USA made brown distressed leather sheath. 50th anniversary laser marking on tang.

The above months, where a sheath is listed, are the only months a sheath was issued.

All months come with a Sleeved, Black Box; box has a magnetic hinged lid.

Black drawstring pouch – included with January, April, May, June, September, October, December.

When does Buck announce the new BOM? Its already the 3rd of Feb.
Sometimes there's no obvious pattern, and other times someone at Buck is being silly. Last year's May BOTM was a white and silver Budgie with blue accents, in D2 steel, and released on May the fourth. My kids are Star Wars fans and they rejoiced. Last month, the 119 was released on 1/19. I'm really hoping for something special next month on the 5th. Or the 7th. 3rd would be fine as well. Heck, the 1st, 2nd, or the 11th would be great, too.

This thread is an appreciated resource for BOTM information.
Lets keep on the topic of the knives.
It could easily get cluttered with extraneous information.

Thanks to those that contribute the information that makes this thread the resource that it is!

I've only locked this thread to keep folks from inadvertently deleting images relevant to this topic as I did above.

If you want or need me to open this thread I will happily do it, just shoot me a message.

Even if you want to delete something you contributed. It would be hypocritical not to allow it.

Thanks for your understanding.
