Well, according to the Sept 17, 2009 WCLC Pick3 numbers drawn as "719" and to the modified winner selection routine as follows:

It doesn't look like the 100 slots are going to be filled by tomorrow, so here is how I will resolve any issues regarding the drawn Pick3 numbers. As it is possible that numbers drawn won't garner a winner as outlined in my first post so in that case;

Using 1, 2, and 3 as example drawn numbers, I will take two digit numbers from these positions as follows...

1&2
1&3
2&1
2&3
3&1
3&2

in that order.

That means that positions 2 and 1 make the winning numbers and that is 17 Which is "Zog The Troll"

Zog The Troll Please email or PM me your mailing address and I will get the package sent out as soon as everything is cut. Oh, and which wood handle material would you like?

BTW, I have found a few extra goodies that will be included.
