Larry I do appreciate that, I was shocked when I saw that price not sure if it was true or not and have looked on the Bay and no luck on auction$, this info is for collection value as you well know just a starting point of reference and who knows what happens from there. Hey Stroker. This item has appeared on Ebay 8 - 10 times in the last six months. It has sold for between $45.00 and $70.00. Maybe a little lower or higher than that. As a side note, there is another version of this big barlow with genuine bone handles in a wooden box that looks almost the same as this one.

If anyone has one of these in the wood box in bone handles, I'd like to see a picture of it.
