The three requirements are username, date of the sales thread, and "BladeForums".

You now have to include at least 1 pic of the knife that you want to sell with a piece of paper next to it that includes your BF username, the current date & the word "BladeForums" in it in order to comply with BF's current sale rules.

If you click on some other ads, you should be able to find a pic to see how this is being done.
