Can I do both in the same transaction, if not where do I go to change my username and possibly primary email address?

I don’t believe you can do both together but here’s the information on the name change

If you want your username changed, you need to do the following:

1. Click on this link: Pay with Paypal | Pay with credit card

2. Place your order for a username change ($10).

3. Post a thread here with the Change Username thread prefix, and title (Old username) to (new username). In that thread, put your order number, and what you'd like your username changed to. If you do not do so, your name will not be changed and we will assume that someone else is trying to hack your account.

3A. IF YOU ARE SMART, YOU WILL SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR THREAD SO YOU ARE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL WHEN I POST A RESPONSE SHOWING YOUR NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED.

4. Wait patiently. Name changes will typically happen within 48-72 hours.

As for your email you can change that in your settings on the top right.
