Hey everyone! I can't tell you how many times the point on this thing "reached out and bit me", as Forrest Gump once said. This is a design that I have had floating around me head and just had to get it out. The steel is Crucible's Cru Forge v, and many of y'all know that is one of my favorite carbon steels. Of course any steel is only as good as its heat treat, and I gave this knife the works. Full normalizing, thermal cycling, DET anneal, soak at 1500°F, fast oil quench, sub zero quench, and triple tempers. It takes quite a bit of time to get all of that done! Final hardness is 63-63HRC. The handle is black and gray g10 with black micarta pins and has a slight coke bottle shape that fits really well in my hands. It locks in ,so to speak. The spine does have multi texture jimping where the thumb would rest. The blade has a full flat grind and a satin hand rubbed finish. I chose to use the tribal "S" maker's mark on this one...seems to fit the attitude of this knife. Includes a custom kydex sheath as well! If you take this bad boy home, watch out, he's a mean one! What a crazy wicked edge this steel takes.

OAL: 9 3/8"
Blade: 5"
Handle: 4 3/8" black/gray g10
Steel: 0.095" Cru Forge V ~64HRC
Edge: 10° per side, 6 micron
