Review Request for Microtech KESTREL

Hi folks!
I am in the process of acquiring a new Kestrel for a fellow forumite, and I can't seem to be able to find any reviews on this knife. Can anyone who has them kindly post a review of it?

Well, I named it for Tony Marfione and Microtech during a visit to the shop a while back. As a result I got a prototype at a very nice price and a letter of recognition from MT.

I really like the Kestrel, but since mine's a proto, it's been kept pristine.

I'm sure there will be some comments from others, both pro and con.

I just started collecting knives a little while ago, thus my collection isn't as advanced as yours
...but!, I am in the process of slowly building up my collection ...so it won't be long...
