Reviews Drop Forged Hunter?

Ya, anyone thinks the knife is too heavy is girls! When you try that heat shrink wrap get some stiff sponges wrapped in paper towels. Use it as/to press the shrink wrap into the handle are. This will give a professional look to it. What's nice if you mess up just cut it off and do over.

Older thread and I haven't had mine long, but I added a small mod on my Hunter that I wanted to share. Really enjoying this knife, perfect for an EDC fixed blade as the handle is so thin, I wear it back on my hip and tuck the sheath into my back pocket and it doesn't print at all through a simple T-shirt. Haven't taken it out for camping yet as it's winter, lol, but I expect it will do well, it's an excellent slicer for sure. Wanted to keep the grip thin, so I cut a couple of pieces out of some leather scrap, it's black on the finished side but the suede side is a nice dark blue-gray that compliments the knife's color, glued them in and it added some nice grippiness to the sides while still keeping the thin profile.

Nice job my friend :D

I just removed nylon part from the sheath and I usually carry it in my front pocket.
Not only it's excellent slicer but it also holds edge for really long time.
I did shrink tube thing for my handle at first, but I disliked results so I removed it.

Nice job on the handle. One badass looking knife!
I put: tec-loc/belt clip on my sheath. Really secures the knife so I don't loose it. Helps when I draw the knife out for use. Not much of a print out either...
