The factory edge grind is still partially present since this wasn't used or sharpened much. It has been carried a fair bit, though, so the G10 is smoother and no longer aggressive like new G10.
The only issue is that approximately 0.5 mm of the tip missing. It's a tiny amount but needs to be mentioned. It could be sharpened out pretty easily if desired, but I didn't use it enough to get to that point.
