The factory edge grind is still partially present since this wasn't used or sharpened much. It has been carried a fair bit, though, so the G10 is smoother and no longer aggressive like new G10.
The only other item worthy of note is that approximately 0.5 mm of the tip is missing. It's a tiny amount but needs to be mentioned. It would be sharpened out easily, but I didn't use the knife enough to need to do so.
