Bought a knife from Rhesus on BF, a small Sebenza, no less. I sent him a MO as agreed, but immediately after receiving his "payment received" e-mail, I received another "emergency" e-mail from him. Apparently, prior to placing what he advertised as a LNIB knife in the mail, he took it apart to look it over one last time. That's when he discovered some problems with the blade action. Rather than keep his mouth shut and mail the knife, he immediately contacted me with 3 options: return all my $ plus some extra to cover shipment and the hassle; send me the knife with some $ to cover repairs; and forward the knife to CRK for refurb at his expense. I chose the latter, and I have to admit, I made out on the deal. I paid for a good used small Sebenza...between Rhesus and CRK I received, a few weeks later, a small Sebbie that is, for all intents and purposes, a brand new knife. Together they refurbed/sharpened the blade and bead blasted the handles, all at no cost to me. Some might say, "as it should be." Maybe so, but I was very impressed with Rhesus' demonstration of integrity and character, acknowledging the knife needed work AFTER the deal was made, and for going above and beyond to make sure I got what I paid for (and then some). This man's word is good enough for me on any future transactions.
