Ricardo Lala of Korth knives is a real gentleman!

Just few lines to let everybody know how great a guy Ricardo is.
I've bought from him a neck knife that was promptly shipped to my place. When the knife arrived it was stuck inside its scabbard and when I pulled it out the blade was rusty. The rust was bad enough to leave some scars on the blade here and there. It was a real shame beacuse the knife is really well designed and a pleasure to carry around.
When I e-mailed Ricardo about the problem he immediatly told me that he would have replaced the knife right away with a new one.
Today I have received the replacement and it is even nicer a knife than the one I've originally bought from him

Now I have the blue wharncliff.
I'm sending today (sent wife to do it)the damaged one back to Ricardo with my apologies to him for having been so slow about it.
Again, dealing with Ricardo has been a real pleasure and I hope that I will have a chance to deal with him again in the future.
