Richard Batson

Does anyone own a knife my Richard Batson? I was just skimming through "Battle Blades" and saw a few of his knives. Any feedback would be great.

I do not know him, but I have seen quite a few of his knives. They are usually very clean and well done. He has been making knives for quite a very long time.

The written information I have from one of the knives annuals states he is from Virginia and his specialties are military, utility and fighting knives in working and presentation grade. He sold his first knife in 1958.

Thanks Gus, I appreciate it. I was also looking through some old "Fighting Knives" magazines and saw that one of his knives that he made for an SF CSM was being given to the Smithsonian. I did not know if he was still making knives or not.
