I recently bought a brass hardware set and broke one of the screws immediately trying to install them. It clearly says on a note that comes with the hardware that it’s softer and not covered under warranty. Sent an email seeing if I could buy just one screw and told them the truth about me being an idiot and they said they would send me one for free. This is my second time dealing with their customer service and they were awesome both times. Both times were also because of mistakes I made.
