I have a mint condition Rick Hinderer Firetac Extreme with textured titanium handle slabs featuring the famed Q-Ball anodizing, a carbon fiber inlay, and a satin-finished S30V spear point blade for sale. Rick has told me that this folder is the first Firetac Extreme with this particular combination of color and inlay material, and if I'm not mistaken, no more of this combination have been built yet.

Rick's knives are among the best constructed in existence, with perfect fit and finish and amazingly tight tolerances, and this one is no exception. I am one of the world's biggest fans of both Mr. Hinderer and his work, but this knife is just too long for me to carry, and unfortunately, I can't afford right now to keep anything that I can't carry. I do want to add, though, that the Firetac Extreme has probably the best combination of beefiness and pocketability that I've ever seen in a large folder.

The Firetac Extreme listed here is in dead mint condition, and I purchased it directly from the maker himself. It has never been carried, used, or sharpened, and it obviously still has its original edge from Rick. The action is very smooth, the knife locks up like a vault, and the blade centering is dead perfect.

For payment, I prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal and cash (at your own risk). If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I will only accept a personal check if I know you, and I reserve the right to wait for it to clear before I ship.

I am dying to get a Galyean flipper, so I will happily consider any potential trade involving one. I may also consider the following trades (+ or - cash):

JL Williams framelocks or flippers
Carson Model 26
Stellite or damascus C2O
Other Carson folders with handrubbed or damascus blades
Munroe folders
Rick Hinderer regular-sized Firetac with damascus or 6K blade or Fire Whirl bali
Marlowe SOF-A4 or SOF-A2 or bali
Burke folders with handrubbed or damascus blades
Fraley Torrent framelock flipper
Blackwood Curr
29 Knives
Dobruski balis
Onion flippers
Bogi flippers (except Mini-Cobra)

I may also consider trades for other custom folders not listed above. However, I am not interested in serrated blades, production knives, or fixed blades other than small (less than 5" blade) Hossoms or Andrews at this point in time.

Feel free to post, email, or PM any questions. Thanks for looking!
