Really nice pair...I bet you can't keep your hands off them! Enjoy in good health!:D:beer:

Just got a 3.5 in the mail. Blue and black to match my 3 (accidental but hey...).

Hole E Cow, it's not even the same knife. I can't believe how much lager this thing is. It is a beast!ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21363743908.708234.jpg terrible pic but I was rushed.

My exact reaction when I got my 3.5 last week. Holy Cow! The weight and size difference is substantial. But carry the 3.5 for a while and it kind of grows on you. Can't imagine the size of the XM-24

Funny, I had the conversation tonight with a friend about how different all three sizes of the XMs are, in particular comparing the 3" XM-18 and the XM-24, they are completely different knives despite only a 1" difference in blade length and you can't fully appreciate the difference in pictures, you have to hold them yourself.

I myself am a convert from the 3" which for a long time I viewed as the ultimate EDC. But carrying the 3.5" has changed me and now it's my primary EDC. Even in the jeans pocket its barely noticed - just enough to remind me it's there.

I was thinking of dropping the 3 and just keeping the big one. Now I'm not so sure! I'm not sure how well the 3.5 will fit in some dressier clothes, but time will tell. Might just have to keep both. They're both so nice.

Some pictures of my newly acquired gen4, 3.5", Spanto, S35VN, red G10....

Just got the 3.5 sharpened at the ranch and switched out the scale to translucent green. Maybe...someday I'll add a Ti to it too.

Love that trans green scale, tried to get one a while back but it was out of stock...I know my greasy hands will cover it with dusky smears but I still gotta have it...some day.....got a rough carbon in the mail so I'm going to have to wait a month or so before scratching that itch....thanks for posting, it really reminds me of those old pineapple life savers!
