Rid the world of Terrorism?

Very recently the prime minister of India put a question out the the general public of the world asking for ideas on the best way to rid the world of terrorism.... I am putting this question out to you fellow members of bladeforum... be honest and please think about you answers before posting...
so once more... just out of curiosity... what are your ideas for truely ridding the world of terrorism... ????

also please refrain from going off topic, that is, it is cool to quote someone and agree or disagree with them, thats the point of a debate, but please dont get into this bashing each other deal cause it makes the discussion lose its direction... thanks
