I'm on my third Protech. This one came from PVK and it seemed as though the blade was off center and the release a bit slow. After inquiring on the forums and applying suggested fixes without the desired result, I decided to send it to Protech Customer Service. I'm capitalizing that because they deserve it. I shipped it out on a Wednesday. I was told they'd get it on that Friday. I get an email THAT FRIDAY saying your knife has been repaired, adjusted, and has shipped back to you FED EX. I received it today, a day earlier than scheduled. Knife seems absolutely fine, with a wicked release and no more rubbing.
Hats off to Mapi at Protech for excellent communication and service. Never seen service that good from anybody.
