Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles
Flat grind with forged texture on the flats
The blade is approximately 3/16 inch thick at the guard with a distal taper to the point
The hidden tang is 3/16 inch by 3/4 inch, about 3 inches long and secure with epoxy
Stabilized bird's eye maple handle
Overall length: 14 1/2 inches
Blade: 9 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop
