Rijbak's and INOVA's

I have a RIJBAK and now all my other EDC's are gathering dust. I like it so much, I just ordered another. Now, the bad news:
After only three days I managed to break the clip. I jerry-rigged another temporarily.
The really bad news: After an email, and no less than three phone calls to Blade-Tech, I still have no replacement. From what I've seen so far, their customer service SUCKS!!!!

I have been looking as of late for a good frame lock and just might pull the trigger on the Rijbak. Looking at the CQC12 too and Bradley 1 also. But me thinks the RB will win out after reading these reviews. I will be cutting down on my knife purchases in the comming year just to see if I have the will power to do it! I mean how many knives can I carry and use at one time?! Seriously I bought a cheap Black Hawk Silent Partner and although a frame lock it is made in China which totatlly bumms my gig.

I have a fine price on the RB saved from a ebay/internet dealer and just may have to pull the trigger on this one. Especially reading everything said about it here. thanks and keepem sharp

DITCH, look over at www.knifekits.com as they have the clips that will fit the Rijbak. Got 'em in silver and black. How did you manage to break the clip anyhow? Good luck on the CS as I've never had to employ them but I will be watching to see how it goes!

longbow, I think you'll probably find the Rijbak riding in your pocket if you get one. I don't carry mine everyday as I sorta have a rotation set up, but when it comes time for the Rijbak to be my edc, I really find it hard to put it back and place another folder in my pocket, and have "extended" it's ride time a couple of times! Like it that much.

Thanks, Cutter. I just ordered three in black. I broke the original while drawing from the waistband. Even nicked myself on the broken edge(quick, someone call the waaaahmbulance!) I'll keep ya posted as to B-T's response, if any.

Just pulled the trigger on the RB. I looked around alot and found it for about 170 bucks. Now just the wait is all. keepem sharp

Cutter, I got those clips from knifekits that you suggested. They are much lighter and don't grip nearly as tightly. This is good for IWB carry, but I don't know about in the pocket. I did finally get a replacement from B-T. They sure took their time about it, though. Still, you're gonna have an awfully hard beating a RIJBAK as best buy/EDC.
