I got a Rike 1508s about three months ago and love the knife.

In late January, I cut into a crate and chipped the very end of the blade on a staple that I hadn't noticed (stupid, I know.)

On Feb. 4th, I contacted Rike warranty and got a response within 24 hours. I was asked to ship the knife off to China to get it serviced. I shipped the knife off on the 10th.

The knife arrived about two weeks later. On the 27th, Sandy (from Rike) emailed me to confirm my mailing address and details.

I got the knife back on March 12th good as new.

This is impressive given the degree and helpfulness of their communication. There are US based companies with which the warranty process isn't this smooth or quick.

I am very impressed with Rike and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
