Ringed Gidgee Utility

WOW Looks great Dave, I like how the damascus blade looks like it is reflecting in the guard, and it semi is but it is also a trick of the eye with the guard being damascus also.
 
I am in no way an expert of any sort but from an asthetic point of view I think it is an amazing knife however I feel that the spacer is too much and somehow takes away from the awesome blade and handle. Perhaps on another knife but not this one.. Besides that I think this is one of the nicest I have seen.
