  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Rinkhals

My oh my the clips on those Rinkhals look like they were borrowed from a CRK.
They also look like the end finishes a fraction too far along - imagine it would dig into the forefinger.

Is the rinkals able to be opened one handed?

Only if they kept the slipjoint too. I have plenty of frame locks and liner locks. I wanted a small high quality slipjoint for the occasions that I needed one for either local knife laws or just because. The Rinkhals fit the profile perfectly. If it had been a locking knife, I wouldn’t have considered it.

Anyone else like to see one of these made with a frame or back lock?
I was thinking that. However then it becomes a small iMamba in essence. I think its charm is that it’s a premium slip joint; and that very much matches the iMamba.

No, The open nail nick does not make it any easier to open one handed. It is a two handed knife with a half stop. Think CRK Impinda but less stout in size.

The Rinkhals is a modern version of a traditional knife and it kicks ass !
And most importantly it’s not made in you know where …
