We had to put Boudreaux down tonight. He was the easiest dog to train I ever had. That dog never chewed anything. Not one thing. We've been crying over him for a week. He was suffering. I'll miss that dog till I die.

I can't even begin to imagine how I would feel if one of my dogs passed away. My condolences and may happy memories, friends and family help through the grieving.

I'm sorry for your loss Andy. I have a couple pugs that are like children to me that are getting up in years but I can't imagine life without them. I had three but had to put one down a few years back, I still think about him every day.

Sorry Andy, that's always tough. I've got a rapidly aging basset hound that I am going to miss dearly one of these days. They are part of the family.

Andrew, I am so sorry to hear of what your family is going through. A loyal pet to a family is a precious thing and not so easily forgotten. You guys are in my thoughts.

Just a few years ago, I was in your shoes. My best bud, Brutis (160 lbs in his prime) suffered from bone cancer and we had to put him down at 6 1/2 years old. It was far too short a time with him. My heart still aches today.

I hope you and your family remember well all the good times with Boudreaux. He is a special friend that will never be replaced.

Sorry for your loss Andy. That's a tough one. My condolences to you and your family.

Andy,

I feel your loss deeply. I had to put my best-dog-ever down in 2010 as he was suffering with congestive heart failure.

I still grieve for that wonderful mutt.

His best buddy is still with us, and well love him just as dearly. We know however, that at 12 years old, his time is limited.

Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

Dang Andy .. very sorry to hear this.

Boudreaux was the very first member of the Fiddleback crew I ever met and I fondly remember that first impression, 'this is one cool-ass dog.'

So sorry to hear about Boudreaux. Will be praying for you guys as I know how hard it is.

Condolences Andy,
Smoke and prayer for Boudreaux's journey and for you and family in grief.

Always hard to lose a loving and trusted family member/friend.

Sorry to hear that Andy, it's always tough, in 54 years I've had to do that more times than I care to remember, I stayed with every dog, it was what they deserved,I owed them that much, to start with them till the end.

My condolences but take solace in the fact that you did the right thing.

Andy,

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss! That really sucks! Save the memories and enjoy them as often as you can! Pets are so wonderful!

I am very sorry to hear about you having to put down Boudreaux. Even though you knew this day was coming and he was suffering, it is still devastating to have to say goodbye to your companion. I am praying for you and your family as you grieve your loss. I hope that good memories and photos of him provide you some comfort in the weeks and months ahead.

Phil

Nooooo!!! Andy, I'm so sorry. We were in your shoes almost two years ago now (Halloween), with our Max. As with Boudreaux, there will never be another. Look at pictures, tell stories, and (as I say in eulogies quite often) commit to remembering him well, as often as possible. He lives on in your lives.

Prayers my friend,

Michael
