Rip-off by Botach Tactical!

Now! Botach Tactical refuses to refund me for$ 349 MPK knife, Any suggestion that could get my money back or get even?
 
Take it up with your credit card people. Botach is the biggest pain in the ass ever. The sad thing is, they'll keep getting bussiness from unsuspecting buyers because of their low prices.

I ask myself sometimes...."Is it really worth it to deal with these guys that sell merchandise at 10% over cost on a regualr basis." ? I know you paid more for your MPK probably. I had a frustrating experience with Botach as well. Other than batteries, I stay away from them.
As Mitch said, "take it up with your credit card company".

I have heard so many bad things about Botach that its not even funny. There was a very long thread on knifeforums that chronicled bad experience after bad experience. I will avoid them like the plague.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so your company can help you.

Erlkonig - I gotta tell you that you have the most miserable luck of anyone I've ever seen ordering stuff from mail-order and internet companies. You've had bad experiences with Discount Knives, Shop PGM, Randall Knives, 1SKS, and Botach. There might be more, but I know these for sure.

If I were you, I'd stick to buying stuff in person. That way you can be sure of getting what you want. At the very least you should only buy from dealers with which you've had positive experiences.

After I filed compliants to CA. BBB and Attonery general office, B/T had made a refund but it credit back the account that has been canceled in Dec.26.00. Now, I'm in oversea, B/T left more poo for me to clean up!
 
Maybe I`m just lucky. In the last 1.5 months I have placed 6 or 7 orders with Botach. All came off without a hitch. Here`s a tip for you, always use the 2 day air option. I get confirmation on every order. If they are out of stock on something they will contact me to get it worked out. (Only happened once).
Or buy yourself a Voodoo mojo doll and hope for the best.

For a price, I'll hunt Botach Tactical down, and beat the livin' crap outta 'em for ya.

I've never had a problem with Botach. They made a small error a while back in sending me the wrong LED light, a $1 problem that was corrected immediatley by email. They don't have the best selection, but it's slowly getting better - and they have some GREAT sales from time to time! And my favorite thing about them is they are one state away - shipping seems almost instant even with UPS ground! Usually 2-3 days. One of the reasons I don't buy things from 1SKS very often is that I'm cheap and use UPS ground or USPS Priority for shipping everything, and from Florida to Oregon takes a while by truck, especially with the extended stays at UPS facilities!

Either some people have very bad luck ordering things, or I'm way overdue for a major problem...

I considered trading with Botach...until I read the Better Business report* on the company.
And since 1SKS was mentioned, it’s worth noting that 1SKS is a member of the BBB and in good standing. There are so many “good” vendors out there that I could see no reason to roll the dice on Botach.
