RIP Russell Easler

I just found out that knifemaker Russell Easler passed away last week.
A gentleman and a classy knifemaker.

I always enjoyed talking with Russell. Quite a gentleman. Here's a boot knife I picked up from him a few years back. He made an honest knife for a fair price.

russ, was a great guy. he had lost his wife last year.i always liked talking to him.

When Ron Gaston was ill, and getting progressively worse, Russell helped him finish a number of pieces so there would be some degree of income stream....Russell was just that kind of quality individual.

A loss to be sure, best wishes to his surviving family and friends.
