Rising costs, minor price increase across all patterns.

I very much appreciate the heads up! No explanation was necessary, but also very much appreciated. It’s nice to know ahead of time how much fat I need in my MC preorder savings fund.
I really only need an MC to round out my CPK collection anyways.

And an FK or FK2.

And definitely a dagger, if they ever become available.

And maybe a prototype HC so my MC has a parent.

Thanks for the update. Also I would like to add the rising cost of Labor if not mentioned before. On the west coast it has really gone up.

No problem—so long as this means Jo gets a raise!
Jo doesn't need a raise, she has her own Television series premiering April 17th on the History Channel;)

Your knives are the main reason I joined bladeforums. I have yet to experience the opportunity to hold one of your awesome looking blades and came in at 36 on the last hdfk sale. I'm going to keep trying.
A) price increases on quality craftsmanship are inevitable
B) every thread I've read on BFs holds your work in the highest esteem, yet you were priced far below your competitors
C) I think many people on this site would agree, we don't care how much it costs, we just want one!
And lastly, I'll say this. The people who buy your knives seem to share your philosophy on knife sales and ownership. When a resale knife hits the market, it's gone instantly at slightly higher prices, but not outlandish "gouge a sucker" prices. It's cool that people all seem to know their value but either keep them as a cherished tool, or sell them at reasonable prices to the next lucky individual.
Keep doing what you're doing, no matter the cost.

Nice post, Welcome to the Forum! I do however care how much they cost:thumbsup:;) Now you can get lost:D
Edit: The recent Price increase is LONG Overdue! Actually a 25% price increase on all future offerings would have been fair:eek:
