Risk of cracking up?

I'm about ready to heat treat an O1 blade I've been working on for a while and have even gotten a couple gallons of quenching oil from McMaster-Carr. The problem is I got the 11-second oil, which I now see isn't exactly indicated for O1. So, my question is, should I try it with the oil I have or would it be better to get another quenchant? The knife itself is 13" OAL made from 3/32" thick stock.

i use used moter oil for my o1 works just fine

I thought the 11 second oil is what is recommended??

That oil should be fine for O-1.
