No disassembly required.

Partially open the blade to a 90° angle and use it as a handle to dunk the G10 into the dye.

The dye won't affect the non-G10 parts at all.

After achieving the results you want, rinse in hot water, shake it out well, use a hair blow dryer or just air dry, then re-lube. Done.
