Ritter blade grind...

My Mini Ritter in M390 is a decent slicer but, as already noted by others, can be a bit choppy, which can be a good thing sometimes.

But not nearly as good as my Spyderco Native 5 in S90V. ;)

Is the Ritter grind thinner near the edge that would make it easier to chip? I am strongly thinking of ordering a full size Ritter to replace my 556 edc. The 154cm gets dull fairly easy if I abuse it at work but it rarely ever chips, and easy to sharpen.

From the factory, minor chipping can be a pain, but once given a good sharpening that problem seems to go away. The thing I like about 154CM is how quickly it can return to a good working edge. Between it and ATS-34, these are among my favorite steels.

I have a mini Ritter in m390.
At first I was like ok... Nothing special.
But as I carried it and began to use it. I quickly began to see all the love.

The blade grind.

I guess either ritters arent popular or their owners cant answer a few simple questions.
Was this supposed to a joke or did you intend to insult? Just curious.

I have had a bunch of Grips, mini and large. I currently only own a mini Ritter and a large Ritter. I prefer the blade shape and grind over the regular versions. I love the way the G10 regular versions look and feel but don't have any plan to buy one as the Ritter blades are much more to my liking.
