I'd say full size. When Benchmade did the mini, they just shrank the full size, which makes the choil too small. Thus it doesn't fit in hand very well. That said, I recently put micarta cuscadi grips onto a friend's mini and wow... Made it a totally different knife. So if you go mini, I HIGHLY recommend checking out those grips for it.
Also, the striker is horrible for utility. No belly on the blade means constant use of just the tip of the blade. Wears it down quickly and is a pain to sharpen up - plus the 154cm steel isn't helping the blade durability. They *really* need to upgrade that steel!
