Ritter RSK Mk3 Fixed Blade!!!

To me this thing needs a Kydex sheath with a TekLok IN ADDITION to the nylon sheath. For that much money, it should have a little something extra. I know it has S30V but I can get the Benchmade Grip FB for only $66 in 154CM and althought the blade profile is a different, I'd bet that it will perform any job that the Ritter FB will perform for less than half the money. Maybe with a little more effort but so what.

I'm sure it's a fine product (the Ritter Grip folder is my EDC) but the price is off the charts. I also have a Temperance that is quite capable that cost about $58. This knife for for people that have too much money to spend.

Love your products, Doug, but this is the land of the First Amendment.

Regards

Mine got here 2 weeks ago but I havent had time to look at it. I've also got a D2 grip on the way and an M2 ritter folder to compare it to. We'll see how it stacks up. I'm not a fan of S30V but I wont sell it short if it does well.

The sheath is compatible with the Blade-Tech quick-release hanger.

Got it, haven't been able to try it out. Absolutely hate the sheath.

Its not great but I havent had time to evaluate mine really. As long as it works thats all that matters on a knife like this. I hope it works better than I think its going to.

Well I just did some exstensive cutting with the ritter and a bunch of others. I'm going to do a review in that forum. I wore the sheath and while it wasnt ideal it did hold the knife well and keep it from stabbing me. I might add that the sheath is extremely light when in use. I thought it ripped off my belt a couple times since it was so light.

If I hadn't purchased the RSK Mk3, I'd have bought this Dozier Professional Guides Knife from A.G. Russell for $215.
