Magnetic neck sheath is a neat idea. No adverse effects on the metal?
What steel(s) exactly is the damascus 'thunder-forged' from (whatever that is)?

thanks for the complements. The only effect with the magnetic sheath is the blade becomes slightly magnatized. Thunderforged is the company that makes this Damascus and is 88 layers of 0-1 and 1095 with an 8% nickel content.

The river agate was a one time production by the manufacturer. when I found it there were only a few pieces left so I got what I could and wish I could get more of it. It's really great looking stuff and the pics just dont show enough detail of just how nice this stuff is.
 
Damascus, full Filework, Stone handles, magnetic sheath, elephant ear leather plus labor... What a steal, IMHO
 
This one is pure "Slick", helluva deal for the $$$ and I don't think it would ever fall from the magnetized Elephant Ear sheath.
