Rivet bit for micarta

I found a drill bit on knifemakers.com and I want to know what it is really called because I can't find it anywhere. It is called a rivet bit but when I look around I can't find it. I want different sizes and need more selections. If anyone know what this so called rivet bit is called or where I can find it I would much appreciate it. Thanks

I believe you mean a counterbore, AKA step shoulder bit.
They are used to make a two-size hole with a shoulder for Corby bolts/rivets and Loveless bolts/rivets.

You were right. I looked them up on amazon and they are called Counter Bore Screw Slot Router Bit. Thank you for the help
