Rivet Brass?

It seems as though you are blaming materials for your in ability to make, or understand making, rivets.
Perhaps your approach or methodology is wrong.

I think you should re-read what I posted above and look at the manufacturers information. Some grades of brass are suitable for cold forming and some very clearly aren’t recommended.

As I’ve said, the material I have available to me, CZ121, is not recommended by the manufacturer for cold forming.

I can’t obtain CZ131 Rivet Brass in the sizes I need. I’m sure I’d have no problem if I could get hold of it.

Zapwizard has pins for SAKs under the Multiparts section. You’d still need to follow the expert guidance above, of course.

I suspect that after shipping, TAX, import duty and handling fees it would be cost prohibitive but still perhaps worth a look.
