Hello guys, my first post here (I really hope I didn't post in wrong thread)!

I am just about to purchase myself a EDC knife and was looking at Kershaw Link with 420Hc or Kershaw Blur with S30v on a site called RNKCITY OUTDOORS . This person seems to be selling on eBay too. Is he legit ? I would hate to pay and get a fake chinese knife especially because its my first real knife.

I very much hope you can help me out :)

Don't know anything about them but I'd go with the Blur personally from a reputable dealer.

I see...but everywhere I look, shipping to Europe is like 30$ which is insane. :( Paying almost the same money for shipping as I would for the knife.
By the way, why do some Blurs have MADE IN USA printed on the blade, while others dont?
Its quite odd when all of them should be made in USA afaik...

I haven't seen any knock off Blurs yet, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. KAI is known to change up the writing on some pieces depending on the run. It's just something that happens, no rhyme or reason as far as we (customers) are concerned.

They had listed a knife I wanted. The photo was stock, so I emailed them about details I was looking for in the knife.
They got back to me and confirmed the stock photo was identical to the discontinued knife I was looking for and not the newer model.
I bought it, it arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted.

I checked on another "stock" photo knife and they said that no, it was the newer model, not the one I was looking for.

Those two experiences with them for me were perfect.
