I have another one slicer finished, this time from 52100 steel, and with blade length less than 3"
It is forged from 52100 bar, down to less than 5/64" thickness, to be a wicked little slicer,
with comfortable handle and roach belly shape blade.
Scales are not polished, so it has more secure grip.
Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.
Details:
Overall length - 7"
Blade length - 2,88"
Blade width - 0,95"
Thickness at the back of the spine -0,070"
Tang is tapered to 3/64"
Knife weights 2,01 oz, and with sheath is 3,92 oz
Handle material: Textolite (30+ years old vintage phenolic micarta), with black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.
Handmade 9/64" thick vegetable leather sheath, made for right hand vertical carry.
Asking SOLD, priority int. shipping with tracking number included
You can PM/email me: seckardalibor@gmail.com
PayPal ( seckardalibor@gmail.com ) accepted.
Thanks for looking.
