I'm trying to switch up the collection so here are some knives I'm putting up for trade. I'll be here to answer any questions you might have. If you need more details/specs/pictures, just shoot me a message and I'll have them sent over. If you're interested, feel free to start a conversation or email me at kenleung1995 at hotmail dot com. I try to check my threads fairly often so chances are I'll see your posts as well. If you just want a straightforward sale, let me know and we can have something worked out. Thanks for taking a look.
For trades, I'm looking for an: MSC XL Yeti, Jon Grahams, Yunas, Marlowes, Direwares, GTCs, TuffKnives, Sharknivcos, Rocksteads, Dalibors, Broadwells, Black Snow Customs, Phantom Steelworks, Kirby Lamberts, Jim Burkes, Ochs, Blackwoods, VanderMeulens, Jason Clarks, Rassentis, Demkos, some Shirogorovs, Grimsmos, Marfione MSG-3, DOC, ZT 0454, and maybe a custom Emerson or Striders in general but if you have other offers, I'm happy to hear them. Cash can be added either way.
1. Robert Oldaker Blades Gladius - near mint
Well made beefy 3.5" flipper with great fit and finish
Beautiful lizard stainless damascus blade
The front slab, backspacer, and clip are all made from thick mokuti
Lockside has a nice satin with a blasted lockbar relief
Both sides of the pivot have been mirror polished
Flips like a champ, lockup is secure, and centering is dead on
Feels great in hand
2. Dustin Turpin Insight - near mint
Hand satin finished 3.5" blade
Distressed ti bolsters and clip
Brown micarta scales
Carbon fiber backspacer
Has been lightly used so there are some faint scratches on the blade
Centering favors the presentation side but doesn't rub even when you put pressure on the other side
Lockup is solid with no play and the action is incredible, opens and closed effortlessly
3. Warren Thomas MSR-1 - brand new
3.5" blade on this one
Chisel ground CPM-154 blade with a satin finish and a polished black G-10 laminate
One-off triple compound grind
Sculpted and contoured black G-10 front slab and over-travel stop
Lockside has Warren's signature ano pattern
Comes unsharpened from the maker but it shouldn't take much to give it a good edge
Not yet completely broken in but has a smooth action with the thumbstud and even works as a front flipper
Locks up tight with no play at all
Centering is dead on
