Rob Simonich Has Passed Away.

Very Sad
I had talked to him through e-mails a few times,he was real stand up guy & will be missed. He & his family will be in a lot of peoples prayers today as well as mine & my families.

X-Head my heart goes out to you as well. I have been truly blessed by a 7mo baby boy and I could not imagine losing him. Your website is truly a monument and testimony to your baby girl. My sincerest condolonces.

I truly admired his talent. I'm sure that this is great loss to his family and friends and to the blade community. My thoughts and prayer are with his family.

and others,

Thank you for your kind words--they are a comfort to me and my wife. And we are most grateful for prayers, as that is what helps us the most right now. I understand the pain and grief that the Simonich family is feeling, and they are in my prayers as well. It has already been said so many times but it bears repeating that the knife community, as large as it is, is a really tight and close-knit family, especially when the chips are down. And the Busse group is a very special clan within a clan. It's times like these that show it, and bring out the quality that is within this group.

Here's to Rob Simonich, a man in pursuit of excellence and a master at his craft.

Chris

Chris, your family and Rob's are in our prayers.

May they both rest in peace.

Kevin and Jody
