I own too many knives at the moment. Both these knives were just received from Robert. The paring knife is 7 ¼” OAL with a 3 1/8” convex ground blade that is 1/8” thick. Steel is Sandvic 13c Stainless Steel. Handle is X-Carta. This is a sturdy knife that could serve a number of functions.
Also included in this package deal is a kiridashi made by Robert. 6 ¾” and 3/16” thick with a convex edge.
Price for both $55, shipped via USPS Priority in the CONUS. Paypal preferred, but USPS M.O. okay too. Sold only as a pair.
