Robertson Bowie by Mike Ruth, JS
Jerry Fisk, MS has invited Mike to participate in his Micro-Invitational Show, this October. The reason is simple, Mike does outstanding work. I was very fortunate to acquire this knife directly from Mike at the Blade Show in June. FYI, It earned its name, because I had to hip check Les Robertson into the next table, to prevent him from grabbing it.
The knife has a 10.75" blade made of 5160 and is 16.5" overall. The fittings and sculpted butt cap are polished 416 stainless. The 5"+ Sambar Stag carver is simply stunning. The knife comes with a leather sheath (in the photo) by Kenny Rowe and a zippered case.
